2010 New Year's Resolutions
These are the resolutions I made last year:
Be myself in college
Strengthen friendships so that I don’t lose them after graduation
Start going to church every Sunday again
Be more accepting of people and much more patient
Learn to be more thoughtful of others
Stop spending so much money
Learn to be a more cautious driver

i understand the good intentions
but changing your profile picture to a cartoon character is doing nothing to end child abuse. it is not raising awareness. it is not contributing time or money to an organization that helps counsel abused children and/ or abusive parents. it doesn’t help put those kids into a better situation.

Man, I miss it so much.
I think that’s the most drastic change from high school, and i didn’t even actually realize it until last night.
for the past four years, i have been involved in at least one choral group. i’ve never been the best singer, but i’ve always defined myself as a singer. it’s who i am. it’s who i’ve always been.
but, no one defines me...
